Case study

Carlsberg Britvic

Carlsberg Britvic partnered with Sidedoor Studio to transform how internal updates and key messages were shared across multiple sites. Previously, important information was delivered through costly live events. We produced two engaging internal communications videos to streamline learning delivery, helping teams stay informed, aligned, and upskilled — wherever they worked.

The Challenge

To communicate key business updates and culture moments across a dispersed workforce in a cost-effective, engaging, and accessible way, while maintaining the energy and connection of live events.

The Solution

We recorded and edited learning-led video content grounded in pedagogical and heutagogical principles, encouraging both structured and self-directed learning.

The videos were hosted on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and shown in group sessions, enabling consistent access and helping to upskill employees in new communication tools and digital learning methods.

The Impact

The new approach delivered higher engagement, improved message retention, and measurable cost savings.

By combining creativity with learning design, Carlsberg Britvic enhanced internal communication, upskilled their workforce, and proved that video can be a powerful L&D tool.
