Learning Strategy

Case Studies

Chances are, that you're a change maker.

You want to help people to change, to grow, to fulfil their potential.
But you also know that corporate training can often be one size fits all - traditional, boring, ineffective.
So, how do you create genuine transformation that changes learning culture.

We believe that you need to start with a blank slate. Be prepared to question, challenge, criticise and even break what has gone before?

Conduct deep research - secondary and primary - to define and understand audiences, recognise triggers and barriers.
Then it’s about developing new approaches, based on pedagogy and heutagogy, testing ideas and proposing innovative responses.

This is not always easy but it’s worth it? It’s the difference between a ready meal or a freshly cooked dish that hits the spot.

Strategy in practice

For a distribution business...

We were tasked with improving performance with a group who were resistant to change.
So, we’re worked with a group of drivers, to develop an on-demand radio station that will allow them to upskill, and be entertained, when they are on the road.

For a warehouse business...

We created FPV drone footage with interactive hotspots, shot from above, so that users can spot and solve Health and Safety issues they can’t see from the ground. Gamified but serious learning.

For a younger, marginalised, audience who dislike learning...

We created ‘Killer Upskiller’ social media content, designed to be engaging, irreverent and inspirational - learning without thinking.

For a Metropolitan council...

we created ‘Skill City’. Connecting employers, employees, young people, stakeholders and ambassadors in a programme designed as a catalyst to economic growth.
