Project Description

MJC Law partnered with Sidedoor Studio to create a culture and recruitment video that showed the firm’s human side. They wanted to attract new recruits who shared their values and help existing staff understand how their work contributes to a greater purpose — upskilling through empathy and shared understanding.

The Challenge

To move beyond traditional corporate recruitment and showcase the people, purpose, and values behind MJC Law, making their culture accessible and inspiring for potential recruits and current employees alike.

The Solution

We developed a story-led culture video that positioned MJC Law as a firm defined by empathy, collaboration, and impact.

Through authentic storytelling and learning-focused creative direction, we supported both recruitment and ongoing professional development — encouraging new hires to learn from lived experience and feel part of something meaningful from day one.

The Impact

The film became a key L&D and recruitment asset, used in onboarding and employer branding.

It strengthened engagement, inspired applicants, and helped MJC Law upskill their teams through culture — not just compliance.
