Case study

Nottingham City Care & FABRIC

Sidedoor Studio worked with Nottingham City Care and FABRIC to create a wellbeing programme video that explored how creativity, movement, and peer-to-peer learning can improve wellbeing, confidence, and team collaboration across the care sector.

The Challenge

To communicate the learning and upskilling potential of creative wellbeing initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders - aligning with broader L&D, HR, and Health & Safety strategies.

The Solution

We produced a real-voice learning video that used authentic stories from participants to demonstrate how creativity can enhance wellbeing, resilience, and communication.

By applying learning design principles, the video became a reflective learning resource that supported both individual development and collective upskilling.

The Impact

The video is now used internally and externally as part of wellbeing and professional development programmes, helping to upskill teams in empathy, communication, and self-awareness.

It proved that real stories and authentic learning experiences can drive positive behaviour change across teams.
